Usually after year three a team will attempt to extend their rookie QBs - Lawrence, Herbert both signed extensions after year 3, BUT both teams were not complete dumpster fires as the Pats are currently. 100 percent agree, but if Kraft can’t bring himself to fire him then what better coordinators could we get than Josh and Rex?

None, because they really don’t care as much as we do. Media is hyping him up, so he can use this as leverage.

I’ve mentioned this about draft prospects as well. They are not aware nor do they care about the dirt that fans know about coaches/franchises. Most of these guys just want to be the highest pick taken.

I neither like this team, nor its outlook. Maye, rookie warts & all, seems like the right QB. That’s huge. But if the upcoming off season isn’t a huge success, I won’t feel great about 2025.

Mayo said “coach’s decision”.

Mike Reiss asked for more clarity and asked him what changed because he was emphatic about it so something must have changed between the interview and the game.

So trying not to have a knee jerk reaction to this one, but this one feels like they quit. The body language and lack of energy really stood out to me. If RK can’t see this isnt going to cut it, then I have to believe that he just doesn’t care right now. May care later but the brand is so diminished right now, even the Cowboys are more fun to watch than this dumpster fire.
