If we don't expect to re-sign him, then I suppose that we could insist on a 3rd and get nothing. A 4th should be enough, if we can't get more.

If we expect to extend him, even a 3rd is probably not enough compensation. Let's look at it. We get a 3rd and have to replace Uche. Will a 3rd get someone who we would expect to have the same production over the next 4 years. probably not.

IMO, there are very few players that I would think that Belichick would trade for the draft choice that we might be able to get. The list consists of Uche and every WR not named Bourne or Douglas.

Please stop. He had one good game against the Chiefs. He was mediocre yesterday. If the Giants had a QB, they win that game going away. If Gano doesn’t miss the FG they still win without a real QB.

They are both brain dead QBs but at least Wilson has an NFL arm.

Please explain to the class how Belichick was going to make keeping Garoppolo work, especially after SB51. [And please note that the person most responsible for Belichick not being able to keep Garoppolo was Belichick himself, after giving Brady his extension after SB49.]
