For those of you sh*tting on Bill for drafting Zappe in the 4th round, eat crow. Sure, we had Stidham but he sucks & I'm glad he got shipped out. I'm higher on Zappe than most and expect the kid to surprise everyone tomorrow. He'll be the talk of the NFL the entire week, displacing Cooper Rush as the 2022 back-up QB phenom and the new wunderkind.
Do you... actually think this, or is this sarcasm? Can't really tell...

I like Zappe. I liked his poise in the pocket during TC and his arm strength. He can fling the ball. I expect the Pats to beat the Lions tomorrow, so a raw rookie getting his 1st win off the bench will be the talk of the town. Last week he became the 1st rookie QB to throw a TD this season, so he's already made headlines.

Zappe isn't one to show boat, take fake dives, or cry on the side lines. That's why I like him. Kid has grit.
You're a grown man trying to win some bizarre argument vendetta on a website with total random strangers. All because you're against Mac Jones.

Get a hold of yourself.

This is now two years in a row we've seen him crying. Not a good look. Also, he needs to cut out the trash talking.

He has a worse arm than Mac. Those were some floaters he threw last Sunday.

THe Pats are NOT going to win this game tomorrow UNLESS they can get over 200 yds passing and over 150 yds rushing, play great defense (under 21 pts) and win the TO battle, or at least tie it.

THis LIONS team is better than recent years. THey play hard, at least that is what I perceive. BUT while their team "likes" their new HC, this IS a game where the game planning should go heavily in the favor of the Pats. The Lions have historically are awful on the road. For those 2 reasons I see the Pats in this game it the end. Wether they win in the end will depend on how mistake free they are. At BEST, the margin of victory in NFL games are thin. Given the Pats situation at QB they can't afford ANY mistakes

What? No idea what you're talking about - vendetta? Lol
I'm not against Mac. Please find one post of mine anywhere that proves that to be the case.
I've criticized him for his on field dramatics because I don't believe that's necessary to be a winner. His behavior is very UN-Patriot like at times. I haven't criticized him for his play, nor formed an opinion on him being the guy or not. It's too early to tell.

And yes, I like Zappe. So what.

All I read here from you is criticism of weak-armed Mac's play. You have constant arguments that he's not the future of this franchise.

Agree on the floaters. It was odd because that's not how he typically throws. He'll throw a floater for accuracy when his receiver has the defender beat. I can only assume that he was nervous and was trying to make sure his throws were accurate. He needs to settle down and fling the ball the way he knows how to do. He's got a strong arm. He can make all the throws.

2021 Stats (before bowl): 69% CMP, 5,545 YDS, 56 TD, 11 INT, 3 Rush TD

Well now you're making sh*t up, which isn't surprising coming from you.

I think they are going to be motivated to beat Patricia as well (at least the remaining guys there)

One key aspect for this game:

Davon Godchaux. I wanna see this bum do well all game. I will be watching and then I'll come back here and yell at everybody who is still defending that ridiculous contract

Only time cures your amnesia.
Sure man, like your criticism of weak-armed Brady's play and your constant arguments that he hit a cliff. See how that works.

Nope. I don't see your point at all. I just read you knocking Mac for some kind of behavioral issues, for crying of all things, come 'on! But let's say you're right and I just made everything up. OK--why is that not a surprise coming from me? What else did I make up?
