Any Cowboys players at that Cam-Gilmore dinner? Lol

Seems we are destined to have sh!tty Thu Nite FB games this season...

Love how all these great team leaders are afraid of the jab that billions of other humans have taken.
I haven't seen any reports on whether or not they were vaccinated. They may certainly have not been - and I would enjoy seeing a reference if that is the case - but the fact that they have covid does not imply they did not get vaccinated.

Except if there are 8+ positives its likely at least some of them are vaccinated.
... and likely that some are not i.e. Cam, Kaaron, etc.

McCarthy is as are all NFL coaches and staff

**** Cam, McCarthy, Kaaron Rodgers and the rest of the bums!
As people have already pointed out, this doesn't mean they were unvaccinated.

I'm as pro-vax as they come, even pro-mandate, but this seems premature and also sends the wrong message about guys like Cam who eventually did the right thing.

Don't want to jinx anything but this is the one thing that could throw what looks like a special season happening here in NE right off the rails. So far so good and hoping everyone stays safe out there.

Not the worst timing at all for the Cowboys with the Saints on their schedule for Thursday unless Dak is one of the 8.

I'm not ready to let Cam off the hook with regard to vaxxing.

He only got vaxxed after he went through the entire off season of being unvaxxed and when he was desperate for work.

OTOH he missed vital pre-season time at the exact wrong time for him and the exact right time for Mac, thus his unemployment.

Seems there is something to be learned from his bad example, rather than the kind of leadership one would have expected from someone in his position of leadership.

People just seem to want to do things the hard way.

Meanwhile, we have an outbreak of a new variant.

You are aware that Rodgers is legitimately allergic to one of the ingredients in the vaccine, right? I’ve never defended the guy outside of that, but he legitimately cannot take the jab.

It’s Amari Cooper’s fault. He’s “selfish”.

That's what he said, but IIRC the vaccines all have different ingredients so I question whether he is allergic to all of the vaccines.... He could be allergic to one but that doesn;t mean he is allergic to the others.....

A Simple Breakdown of the Ingredients in the COVID Vaccines - COVID-19, Health Topics - Hackensack Meridian Health

That is bulls*t. There is only one ingredient common to both the mRNA vaccines, and it is an obscure lipid (DSCP) that is an ingredient only in a couple of chemo drugs. There is literally no way Rogers could know that he was allergic to that common ingredient.

People complaining and assuming those who tested positive haven't been vaccinated. Ignorance is bliss or the moral high ground may be a better way to put it. If fully vaccinated people can test positive and get sick, why look down on those who choose not to get it and get sick? There is zero difference in reference to the NFL other than misguided quarantine times.

And if this new variant is what they say it is...well then those that are not vaccinated can blame those that are for it. Viruses don't mutate and gain resistance to anti-bodies it has never encountered before.

So maybe instead of an us vs them mentality we realize there is no simple answer and focus on solutions. Because if the goal of the vaccine was to wipe out the virus it failed and it made no difference if you were vaccinated or not.

Its here it's not going anywhere pretending otherwise and blaming this group or that one is foolish, divisive and ignorant of the facts.
