I think it's hit Marty.

That face seems to say, "****, I have to go back to Green Bay after this???"

Thread of the Year! Great pics, please add more!

Those rings are so big you could mount one above the fire place like a trophy.

LMAO.... it's crazy how we are trying to figure out how many he has on his hands between. 9 and 10. Jesus man.
And we have a definite answer now. It was 10. Next up toe rings.

PS if those ever sold it would probably easily be combined over a million. Just assume the 7 wins fetch about 100k each but probably a little more. The 3 losses probably still worth 25-50k. That's 775K with a very conservative guesstimate. Assuming each of the 7 go over 100k which I'm positive they would you can pretty easily get from 775k to a MIL and he just rocking it like a pimp.

explanation of the lock code . from Reiss:

One aspect that made the Patriots' private Super Bowl ring ceremony on Friday different from the previous four -- and added a unique twist to what was being celebrated -- was how each player received their precious hardware. Each ring was enclosed in a case that included a three-digit combination lock, and once owner Robert Kraft revealed the combination, everyone could then open theirs at the same time (in the past, there was simply a countdown to when the rings could be opened). As anticipation built Friday night, Kraft introduced the combination by noting that it was the amount of time on the clock when the Patriots first possessed the ball in the third quarter after falling behind 28-3, and also the same amount of time on the clock in the fourth quarter when linebacker Dont'a Hightower strip-sacked Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan. Kraft then explained the "8:31" combination this way:

  • 8 -- Consecutive months the team was together from the start of training camp
  • 3 -- Representing the three phases of the game -- offense, defense and special teams -- that have to excel to win a championship
  • 1 -- How the 2016 team will be remembered -- as No. 1

Pretty thoughtful.

I know this goes back a ways, but who gets the credit for the chant; "How do we feel about_______? Aw yeah!"

I can remember Tedy Bruschi doing it after a win.
