Some say no contact on Brady, others say they saw a video of Solder being pushed into it, another said there was a pile up.

Who said there was no contact?
Everything I have seen is that there was a pile up, and upon closer review a Bucs player pushed Solder back in to Brady.
Comments from Christopher Price, WEEI.com:
- Brady leaves again and then back on the field for 11 on 11s. Not running with a limp, but still bears watching.
- Brady leaving practice.
- Mallett is running first team offense.
- Solder was pushed back by a Tampa Bay DE and got tangled up with Brady.
- FWIW, Pats trainer Jim Whalen, who was tending to Brady before and left with the QB, is back on the field.
This is what was universally reported by the media when it happened. They were obviously wrong.
Again, I will ask: specifically who?
That is not what I have seen.
Bowers(?) bull rushed Solder who fell onto Brady.

Re-read through the thread. There were some tweets cited.
Just re-read the entire thread.
Sorry, I found nothing.
Nobody that I have found said that Brady went down without any contact.

That's a bit of a stretch in my opinion, but if you feel that way then follow another writer. Check out writers for the 31 other NFL teams for perspective; I think your expectations are unreasonably high. All this does is confirm that the media doesnt actually watch the plays. They're more interested in chatting with each other about whatever superficial narratives they're gonna run with and then look up occasionally when the crowd reacts to a "big play."
Actually the Patriots forbid the Pats beat writers from tweeting during practice. The in-practice info is almost exclusively from fans, or in today's case Tampa Bay beat writers. Then they tweet about it as if they're following something.
Have you ever been to practice? It's entirely different from a game. For example, it is virtually impossible to get a good read on who is and is not doing well on the OL and DL. You can't sack the QB, so it is tough to assess the defense. You're nearly at field level, so there's not the same perspective when you sit high and can see the entire field. And there's no big screen or slow motion replays to help you out with either.Thats why this or that player's "good" or "bad" practice is just a summary of two to three plays they happened to tweet about and often is completely different from one reporter to the next.
It all depends on who you follow to reach that conclusion. No football knowledge or interest required in this industry, its not what makes you successful.
Right........Not a single reporter was watching the play. Not one.
Observe, for I have the power of the internet. Why it was our own Derek Havens:

"Brady just fell to the ground and grabbed his knee after a throw. He laid on the field for a few minutes, but walks it off. Looks ok"
While it doesn't explicitly say "no contact" I think many of us interpreted "just fell to the ground" as that which I think is fair.
I interpreted it as that he just now fell to the ground.
You interpreted it as if he fell to the ground with no contact.
Thanks to other accounts coming in at the same moments I found it obvious that it was the former and not the latter.
