Rob Rang, Senior Analyst for NFLDraftScout.com had this to say about Gonzalez:
Gonzalez struggled to keep his feet throughout the entire practice. He struggled coming out of his breaks, going down to the ground several times. He also was the unfortunate recipient of some of the session's worst passes, forcing him to adjust on the fly. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to come through with many of these difficult receptions.

It will be interesting to see/hear about Gonzalez further down the line.
Looking at his short shuttle and 3-cone times, he was just about the sharpest cutting WR. I know the Indy surface was going to mess with people who didn't have the right shoes, I have to wonder what was different that he ran good cutting drills, but was losing his footing in the passing drills?

Gonzalez is pretty much our type of receiver we have been looking for.

Hope we get him in round two.

In a selfish sense I'm glad he was tripping on the surface at Indy. If some are foolish enough to believe that it hurt his draft status I'd be more than happy to oblige the guy with our 2nd rounder. I hope someone of his caliber falls to us cuz there is about 10 WR's I really like in this draft.
