Hmmm...Watson or Sanders? Let me ponder this one for .0001 seconds.

Sanders is awesome. I hate many Colt's but he is not one of them.

The Colts are an exceptionally talented team that was able to win 12 games this year without him but how many teams can carry a guy that will miss so many games. Like I said in 3 years he has 6, 14 and 4 games. Obviously he was a huge part of the Colts but what is he worth as a player? Would you rather have Sanders or an average player that will be there every game and you know that you won’t have to resort to your back-up safety for 5-7 games a year?

He's young. If he doesn't have a chronic condition...............

But it's all baloney anyway. I could see the Pats go higher than a 3rd or 4th for a safety this year.

I'd take Bob Sanders or Mike Doss, I like both of them.

YES, YES, YES!!!!

He made the difference in the Colts defense. Not only would he be a great addition but he would be a great subtraction from the Colts.

Payback for AV:D

I think he is a hell of a player and his teammates feed off his energy but he has only played in 24 games - out of a possible 48 - in 3 years. So would you want him on the Pats if you knew he would only be able to go for say 11 games a year?
YES.
He is a great player!!

Many of us though that Sanders would be a helluva addition when he was available in the draft. I think that if the Pats had him with Rodney, the Pats wouldn't have had the issues in the secondary when Rodney went down.

As soon as the Patriots signed him, Bill Polian would petition the NFL to strictly enforce the spearing rule.

9 times out of 10 it seems like Sanders is making headfirst tackles.

That type of drive is something we all like but as was discussed on EEI this morning, those who are trying to limit NFL concussions will probably be pushing to enforce spearing rules to limit helmet to helmet contact - and Sanders was mentioned as the poster boy for that sort of tackling.
