I'll be coming to Boston for Dolphins game on 10/8 and will be staying in the Financial District (is that how people really refer to it?)

Anyway, while I am there I want to load up on Patriots apparel (shirts, hats, jackets) and memorabilia. What are the best stores to shop at?

I will have a car available so location isn't a limiting factor (unless it's way out of the way).

Definitely will hit up the Pro Shop before the game but can better prices be found for most of their merchandise elsewhere? Or are there certain things that can only be found at the Pro Shop?

How about outlet stores or cheap places like Walmart - am I likely to find Pats stuff there?

Unless money is no object, buy your Pats stuff on eBay. You'll get great stuff at 30-40 percent less than buying it in a store, and it's just as good.

I remember Bob's Stores having a decent selection and price range. If money's no object, the pro shop is the best place. Otherwise I almost always use eBay, same as tunescribe.

funny related story: last week my girlfriend bought me a Patriots flag because I was in the hospital and needed cheering. She thought I wanted a car flag and so ordered one from the pro shop online. What came was a huge 3x5 flag with all the championship logos on it, a $35 item instead of the $15 for the car flag (both overpriced, IMO). She was only charged $15, so I got a sweet new tailgating accessory and she didn't break the bank for me. What a gal!

Branch jerseys are on sale.

LOL, could'nt resist.

Will be coming up again in a few weeks so I'm bumping up this one year old thread to see if there are any other/new places I should shop.

We'er probably going to hit at least one of the outlet shopping centers in the area - any good stores there to look at?

I bought a Bruschi Jersey for forty some dollars on ebay and it arrived today! :)

Ebay is by far the best place for Pats gear.

Thanks. Believe me I shop on eBay a lot but sometimes I want to see, feel and even try on something before I buy it so I'm still looking for B&M stores with good selection and prices.
