That is good thing.
While I thought did an OK job, he didn't succeed in three key areas:
1)Implementing what Belichick wanted (RAC was good at that)
belichick knows how to develop shcemes and to make ingame changes. Pees couldn't ahve been lsitening.
2) Communication between coach and players, and in teaching communication between players
3) instilling a winning attitude in the players
