This is actually well said. Fortunately for us, it looks good on paper but pretty much probably will not be executed in person.
You can motion all day on offense but the Jets have pared down the playbook for Sanchez because of his ball security issues, and you can't have it both ways. Pre-snap motion require adjustments after the snap on your route because you often don't know what coverage is coming, whether it's man or zone and on what level. Sanchez has shown that this is a weak part of his game. In the 45-3 debacle, he wasn't on the same page as some of his receivers such as Holmes who recognized the coverage and adjusted a few times only to see Sanchez stay with the pre-snap intention and either lead his throw in zone or nest the ball in man coverage.
On defense, you could take a page out of the Cleveland game-plan against the Pats with the roaming backers, but then your defense wrinkles and designs will take another full second before you can deploy them.
Also I just don't see Ryan's Jets being disciplined enough to pull off being able to completely disguise their defenses- that's just not how they play the game. They aren't a very disciplined team. They play fast and loose, and loudmouth, just like their coach. Ryan doesn't play with the cards close to his chest. He's not conservative. For him to play the game this way would be a hard pill to swallow and I just don't see him doing that.
