Tony Pauline has "some insight" into how teams are stacking their big boards for the first round. It makes for some surprising choices. If true, most mocks are well off:
.Andrew Luck-QB-Stanford
.Robert Griffin-QB-Baylor
.Dontari Poe-NT-Memphis
.Melvin Ingram-OLB-South Carolina
.Trent Richardson-RB- Alabama
6. Matt Kalil-OT-USC
-Justin Blackmon-WR-Oklahoma State
.Morris Claiborne-CB-LSU
.Fletcher Cox-DT-Mississippi State
.Quinton Coples-DE-North Carolina
.David DeCastro-OG-Stanford
.Dre’ Kirkpatrick-CB-Alabama
.Michael Brockers-DT-LSU
.Jonathan Martin-OT-Stanford
.Michael Floyd-WR- Notre Dame
.Cordy Glenn-OL-Georgia
.Devon Still-DT- Penn State
18. Whitney Mercilus-DE- Illinois
.Coby Fleener-TE- Stanford
.Nick Perry-DE- USC
.Luke Kuechly-LB- Boston College
.Kevin Zeitler-OG- Wisconsin
.Ryan Tannehill-QB- Texas A&M
.Doug Martin-RB- Boise State
.Jerel Worthy-DT- Michigan State
.Bobby Wagner-LB- Utah State
.Stephon Gilmore-CB- South Carolina
.Kendall Wright-WR- Baylor
.Dwayne Allen-TE- Clemson
.Donta Hightower-LB- Alabama
.Kendall Reyes-DT- UConn
.Stephen Hill-WR- Georgia Tech
.Riley Reiff-OG- Iowa
Courtney Upshaw and Mark Barron don't feature although presumably aren't too far outside. If this board is accurate, I'm thinking Kendall Reyes or Wright and a trade back look the best options.
Will be an interesting test of his contacts on draft day.
