no wonder goodell seemed clueless during brady's appeal hearing and why he continually makes nonsensical leaps of logic. he probably has brain damage.

@1:45 Goodell: I started playing tackle football when I was 7 years old.

While half of the study group began playing tackle football at age 12 or later, the other half started before 12 years old. The group that began playing tackle football at a young age displayed significantly worse physical impact in the neuroimaging scans of white matter, or the communicative “highway” of the brain.

During the formative years between 10 and 12, the male brain develops the connectivity that guides intellectual capabilities and emotional makeup, according to Dr. Robert Cantu, a neurosurgeon and part of the CTE Center at Boston University School of Medicine, the research group heavily involved in these studies.

“So if you have injuries during those two years, you have a price to pay,” said Cantu. “At no age is brain trauma good, but it’s especially injurious to the brain in young people.”

granted, the study was about retired NFL players, and goodell never played in the NFL. but it sure explains a lot of things.

There's no brain to damage.

With a head as big and a brain as small as Roger Goodell has, you would assume that he has a lot of padding to protect his brain from injury.

In order to have brain damage one must have a brain.

I heard they dissected Einstein's brain. When he dies, Goodell's should be compared so we might find out why Einstein was a genius.
