I am at work they block the stream. I know it will all be cliche type stuff. Glad to be back, Cant wait to get working, I am sorry this happens, blah, blah, bah but i would still want to hear highlights. And before someone posts it, i know WEEI will post the interview later, but I am not a patient man.
Had lots on his mind over the suspension, tough situation, lots of negative things said but lots of support from fans and the organization and people who know him
Asked why he did it - just said you made good and bad decisions and the important thing is that you learn from them and don't make the same mistakes
Why would you not do it again - you make mistakes and you learn from them. He's trying to be a better person day to day. He knows what he can do on the field (took that as he didn't do it to alter or enhance his performance, rather to get back on or stay on the field)
Talked about how much support he got from Seymour in particular, both family men and fathers and religious guys and unable to do the thing you want to do for different reasons.
Are you in football shape - remains to be seen, felt like he's prepared mentally and physically, feels he'll be ready but up to BB and what he thinks he can do.
Sanders - game time experience when Rodney was out over the last 2 years has benefitted him and they will need everyone.
He didn't really say much, glad to be back, in great shape, wether or not he is in "football shape" is yet to be seen. Missed everyone, he was there when they got back in early this morning. Saw/talked to Merriweather.
Said that everyone was great to him, especially Seymour. Just happy to be back, and ready to go.
said, he made a mistake, and has learned and grown from his mistake..
