Quiet day so let's look at our 2008 #1 draft choice - SF style!!
Looking at SF schedule, I really do not see them winning many more than FIVE, possiby SEVEN games. I do not feel they are that good and while yes, they showed something last year - I think they take a step back in 2007 only to finally make the playoffs in 2008.
So, if they win only five games, that means we are looking at a top 10 pick!!!
I can see them losing at least 3, maybe 4, possibly all of the first five games. If they start of as bad as I think they will, they could spin out of control and set the stage for a top five pick for New England!! With three of the middle five games on the road, again, I only see 2 wins, maybe three if things are going well. Closing out their season, I see their last five games to be their best chance of taking three out of the five. So, I really think, being generous, they win at most 7 games which will equal top 15 pick for us - not bad at all!!!
