It's not about value On the field, per se, but Is more about the NFL's unwarranted actions, which diminish the "product" by taking away assets that can be used by the team in a number of ways, while the other 31, equally non-guilty teams were not diminished by having assets taken away. Yea there is no way to project what the 2 draft picks will do or what other 'assets' could be traded for them, the point is, the team is handcuffed by having its assets limited and thus their options. (Trades, moving up, etc) In laymen' s terms, they are left to fill the roles of the two top 130 ranked athletes with players not in the top 250 rankings (via free agency).
