I can't believe I was such an idiot that in pre-season I thought Faulk was overpaid and that he was a product of our system. This guy IS our offense in the clutch & we cannot win without him.
Hijack, RIP New NEM.And, improperly used by the OC.... time after time.
Perhaps not quite that critical since there was the odd win last season, but a special player nonetheless. This was where we missed Pass as a back-up, as much as I like Evans, Pass had better quickness for draws and some shiftiness in the hole.
Right .....Yeah man, Pass is a beast and hes pretty fast...Totally slipped my mind, he's IR'd right?
Right .....
Pass is a UFA. I'm not sure if he'll be brought back or not, he starting to have hammy problems (2 years), it may depend on who is out there in FA or who they might like in the draft (Brian Leonard of Rutgers would be a nice young replacement). Is he FA or still under contract next season? Dillion don't have much in the Tank...Time for someone (other than Maroney) to put on the pants and lead the way..
3rd Qtr, leg. What happen to Kevin Did he also have the flu or injured He is such a big part of the offense.....
On the punt return...it didn't seem obvious...BUT it hurt..3rd Qtr, leg.

I wasn't that impressed with Walker's overall capabilities, I'd take a look at the N. Illinois kid playing in the Senior Bowl this weekend.i think pats will draft that notre dame running back..forgot his name.. if they get a chance ...to transition faulk

you know what, your absolutely right...Sad but true.. Hopefully with a year under Maroneys Belt and another training camp/pre-season, he can come closer to maximizing on his abilities and potential...Someone recently posted about the I formation working really well..So I hope we keep Evans or make a run at another Larry Centers type of FB.. we need as many Versatile Blocking/Receiving Do it alls on offense..to really help pave the way for this kid...
we need to start grooming the next kevin faulk aswell, but that can be had in the later rounds of the draft, possibly FA... Dominc Rhodes anyone?
We already have a Larry Centers type FB on the roster. He spent a portion of his rookie year on IR. Garret Mills is the next Larry Centers and was drafted to be exactly that.
Once again, BB is a step ahead...
