They've gotten into the evil circle of cap hell. It seems like every season they have cap problems. So they restructure some contracts to give them a larger signing bonus, which gives them cap space. But it also pushes the problem into the next year. Which forces them to keep players who are guaranteed more than they are worth, because of the restructure. And release guys because they can't afford to keep the ones they want, because of the evil circle of other signing bonus restructures.For those of you who don't believe in cap hell, I urge you to click on this link.
