OT: Anyone want to drive a Ferrari at Gillette?

I got this email this morning because I'm on their newsletter, but I thought it was interesting and figured I'd post it here:

Apparently they're holding an event at the stadium and giving people a chance to take one for a spin around a closed course.

The thing I remember about that scene is the ferrari purring...love the way a ferrari sounds!

Actually drove one ( Spider )when I was 18 (long time ago). I worked for a guy who had one as his "show off car". It was a summer job and I was at a client site when he showed up to lend a hand. He needed something back at the office and told me to go back and get it. I didn't think he was serious but he was. I was too scared to drive it with any agression though so I drove it like I was driving my parents station wagon (lol). It was a very surreal thing to drive it and for him to let me drive it. Even this day, I can't understand how he would let some kid drive it.
