It's easy, and only takes a few moments.Just finished reading it and I would have to think that this isn't normal. Plus, all of the prior failures (Rice, Peterson, Bountygate) are being used against him. I love the karma.
Personally I dont think it was a sting by NFL . The colts notified the league which didnt take it seriously but the colts along with kensil also did their own sting . Once it all came out, the NFL tried covering up first by blandino saying they were unaware and then wells stating there was a letter to the league the day before and wells again in his presser messing up saying it was ignored.I agree....... and another HUGE tell is that with this note, Tom's first line of defense is that this was a STING operation from the start, and that both Goodell and Vincent's testomony will be required on that basis alone so from a legal standpoint they cannot act as abitrators and witness in the same matter. I think that the "sting" line of defense is hugely plausible and likely the most DAMAGING to the shield.
If it's proven....... There will be a full cleansing of the house happening at the league office.
Hot Damn........ This is total war. NFL being attacked on MULTIPLE fronts at this point.
The Pats tried to achieve a balancing act with their rebuttal...part lawyery and part social media. I'm not sure they found that tone but either way they got it out there and got the job done IMO.So the NFLPA are most likely going to court prior to the appeal.
I wish Kessler assisted the Pats with their website put up yesterday. A much better response than the Pats did.
So, the NFLPA says, "We plan on calling Goodell as a witness as part of our appeal." and Goodell says, "Tough noogies, because I'm the arbitrator."
It's like a scene George Orwell cut out of 1984 for being too densely totalitarian.

Basically these guys are so disorganized even with their own stories that its pathetic.
@Rob0729 Does it sound like Brady and his lawyers are aiming for no games?
So knowing that Tom and the NFLPA will recuse themselves and seek a neutral arbitrator if need be, is Goodell just being a difficult asshat, or is there another legal strategy for him to choose to be the arbitrator?
