BB should win coach of the year hands down.
The mark of a great coach is not how you play in Sep, but how you play in Dec. This team has gotten better and better on defense and the Offense is clicking. BB is ready for almost every situation in a game, the strategy week in and week out is exceptional and he's shown patience in developing his players.
I just want to point out some of the highlights
1) Use of the secondary the last 7 weeks, the ability to shut down not just the opposing teams top target but the whole passing game. Other than GB who did a great job with Adams, we've controlled the game there.
2) Emergence of two intelligent LBs - Collins and Hightower have turned into stars who have been praised for their football IQ as much as their talent. BB and company have put these two in the best situation
3) Use of underrated players - Ayers, Slater, Lafell, Ninko, Chung, etc....
