The Pats are behind last year in roster talent, sans Adrian. It isn't ahead of last year, behind. Welker, Woodhead and probably others will leave.
But, it's still early in the offseason. There will most likely be free agents signed affordably.
if they don't stop f_king with the damn rules that's all going to change sooner then you think. I for one don't like where they are going with the game. they should have all the players sign wavers acknowledging how dangerous the game is and go back to what the rules were in the 70s back when obs were football players. One of the fantastic things about football is how much everyone - from player to commentator to fan - loves the game. Nobody is happy to see the offseason!
It's one of those sports that's just more fun than anything else. It has that level of promise and excitement that frankly is unmatched by any other sport.
Truly the perfect game. 16 weeks! That's it! .
I know we still have some holes but i am looking forward to see the D out there even though it's mostly the same players besides wilson. Think it will be a fun year. The WR issue will be fixed (hopefully) by start of season.

Patriots QBs, when targeting Rob Gronkowski, since 2010: 209-of-284 (73.6%), 2,986 yards, 41 TD 4 INT, 140.9 passer rating.
I am not a Kool Aid drinker but as I see it with Gronkowski and Hernandez 100% and most importantly a Chandler Jones healthy and with an entire off season of upper body work/conditioning I am excited. So much time until the season starts, we will fill in some holes no doubt.
They are the same if not better on D. On O they have the WR situation..other than that they still have all the main pieces
That's a lie..he only has 38 TD IIRC
