Lets face it the game is the most important thing today but right behind is the food and drink..The Gameday food will be a roast Porketta which is a spicy pork with roasted potatoes, sausages onions and peppers and plenty of beer. What about u guy's :D

I ususally base my menu on the opponent.

New York-Strip steaks and potatoes
Miami-Seafood chowder and fish tacos
Buffalo-Buffalo wings/ shrimp

But today I am going with Steaks marinated in Italian Dressing for sandwiches, Garlic Shrimp cooked in butter and beer and Piggy Cheese Dip. I haven't made the dip before but here's the recipe in case anyone wants it:

1 lb Bacon (crumbled)
1 lb Sausage
2 lbs Velveeta Cheese
Tabasco to taste
Steak Seasoning
2 Bags Tortilla Chips

Cook bacon & set aside. Cook sausage and add seasoning and a few drops of tabasco. Cut the cheese into small cubes and put everything into a crock pot. Stir every 7-10 minutes. After melted add a little more seasoning and tabasco and stir in.

Labatt Blue and a pack of Nicorette is about all my nerves can handle today.
