Deflate-hate has been milked for all it's worth, so we're on to Chip Kelly's racism.

If the accusation features some buzz word like racism or cheating the scope of the offense is instantly blown out of proportion.
It's like a mandatory minimum sentence applied without due process.
Way too much power for the media and slanderers and in the end takes away from those actually fighting righteously for those causes.

Uh, why do you think the organization is constantly savaged by every African American ex-jock and sports writer in the country? Of course, you cannot label "white hate" as racism. Only whites can be racist.Jason Whitlock routinely smears the Patriots with racist tinged remarks.Wilbon routinely goes beserk on Brady and his "too white" life. The National Association of Black Journalists sports a membership that have shown continual rage and animosity specifically aimed at the NEP. ESPN's Freddie Coleman is as pernicious a bigot as there is on sports radio today, yet always couched under the guise of "impartiality". Marshall Faulk, Ray Lewis, LaDainian Tomlinson, Shannon Sharpe etc etc..ALWAYS delivering that edginess of hatred and bigotry.

People just refuse to talk about it and SAY it is what it is...but that doesn't make it any less real. If any white person said anything about Cam Newton even remotely close to what has been uttered by these aforementioned black sports "journalists" about Tom Brady, for example...there'd be a national conflagration of nuclear proportions led by Rev Al and Stephen A Smith.

Don't fool yourself, there is a decidedly racist undercurrent to the hate leveled at the Patriots nationwide since this flabbergasting nothingness about deflation first broke. What keeps it somewhat beneath the surface is the outright classist bigotry of the rest of this country constantly leveled at the northeast. Too white, too educated, too wimpy, too effeminate, too spoiled, too arrogant and yes, too racist. You all see it and hear it every single day.

Right on as usual.

I think that racism is the biggest social problem that this country faces right now. It's also one of the toughest things to talk about and doesn't get discussed nearly as much as it should. We better get our acts together soon.

I think the Pats whiteness has something to do with the hatred, but it isn't the over riding factor. I think Belichick has a pretty high standing with some of the minority players, mostly due to Jim Brown's respect. He also doesn't come across as at all racist, and any player that knows him seems to respect him.

But Belichick is hated by many in the media and even if the Pats weren't whiter or winning more, they would still be criticized because of Belichick. I can still see one of the Seahawk fans running over to the giant TV and sticking the middle finger in Belichick's face, just before the Butler did it.
