If you had a choice of the two what would you prefer to see the 2007 Patriots team look like when playing close games this year since this team is so well known to play close games and rarily blow the opponent out....

WOULD YOU PREFER?

An offensive juggernaut which wins and loses its close games in high score totals? (most final scores in a close game between the 2 teams totaling between 40-80 pts)

OR

A defensive laden team which wins and loses its close games in low scoring totals? (most final scores in a close game between the 2 teams totaling between 3-39 pts)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

I always prefer the lower, closer scores and less offensive explosions because that means our team although conservative and a bit boring, can stop the other and defense wins championships.

without a doubt, defense wins championships. Case in point, last years AFCCG. I felt safer with a 10-6 lead in 2003 than i did with a 21-3 lead last year.
