Great news. Wonder what the status of Gronk/Mankins will be.
Higly doubt we'll se Gronk this week. Yes he would definitely help, but no rushing his injury. Rest him till postseason if that's what it takes for him to get 100%.
I've been confused on Mankins status. It seems like the past several weeks he's been questionable and doesn't play. Is he near getting back on the field??
I disagree. If the risk of re-breaking the arm isn't too significant, then I'd rather see Gronk back on the field in the regular season. When someone hasn't seen any in-game action in well over a month, there will be some rust. Better that he knock off that rust in a regular season game, rather than the postseason.

welcome back jones!
well with jones back and trevor scott stepping up a bit, I think we'll be able to come up with some passrush.
And we will NEED it against a texans offense that features andre johnson.
I agree with your agreement, A broken wrist can be supported and a light cast can strenghten it further. Its certainly not like a knee, its pretty straight forward. Over the years we've all seen players play with casts. That's how I feel, though I'm no orthopedist. But it seems unlike a knee or ankle injury where coming back early could set you back. Sooner he can get back the better.
