What do you think the penalty would be for a clear violating of NFL bylaws by an owner. $10M plus a couple of firsts? Would the league be allowed to do that.

BOTTOM LINE
I think that a compromise will be announced.

I think that Kraft might have used the courts to get a neutral arbiter.

But Kraft was NEVER going to sue the league and violate the bylaws that prohibit suing the league.
