I am amused by the fact that this thread doesn't have any replies ...

all season we have been hearing how gronk is washed up etc etc

Great gameplan by BB. Great game by Gronk!
… And to add to that, he was a great blocker.
Which either of those do well, if at all.
You could tell TB was in a "I'll show you a washed up Gronk" mode.
I get it, but a few looked forced, and didn't end well.

But anyway, who gives ship?
We goin to the Super F'n Bowl!!!!

We haven't felt this way since...well..uh.. Last year?

;)

I’m thinking that the Gronk retirement rumors may be premature. I’ve been saying that for awhile, even during the darkest games. Unless it’s his back, which I don’t think it is, I see no reason to put the odds at any less than 50/50.

He played well in the MIA game, sans the final play which obviously wasn’t his fault, and he played well again after the playoff bye, last week. It’s quite possible that he was dealing with an ailment during the PIT game and taking it cautiously over the final two weeks of the season.

And Kelce was fortunate to get what he did; if JC Jackson had merely glanced upwards while running to him standing in the end zone and waiting for the pass, then JC could've realized that he had time to step in front of Kelce and force him to be a defender instead of a receiver. JC might have even intercepted that duck that Mahomey chucked.

(BTW, Kelce could very easily have been called for OPI on that play, too.)

Poor Rob! He really loves 69!

Not sure if this was posted elsewhere. Brian Baldinger's analysis of Patriots plays desgined for Tyreek Hill. Quite illuminating. Says that Devin Mc had only three tackles in game, but was the MVP of the game.
