Goodell: Our judgement was based on the facts

I gotta say, it seems like every step of the way, Kessler was somehow caught off guard.
I'm surprised to read things like this since before the hearings actually took place some of you were saying that Kessler was the NFL's worst nightmare. Did he just get out-lawyered?

Johnson has much more experience before CAII and The Supremes and would have handled the questioning much better than Kessler did.
I bet if they get the en banc hearing, Johnson will handle it.

I willing to bet that johnson is actually doing the petition for the en banc hearing

Would it really of mattered who did the appeal considering the judges believed blantant lies that people tried to correct and they for some reason were ignored?

What Facts!!! How about your lies? How about the phony "more probable than not" crap in the Wells report. There isn't enough room on this site to enumerate all the area's that should be looked into. Maybe somebody with the time and information available could bullet point a list that would knock you (RG), Pash, Kensil, the referees on the day of the Colts game, etc., etc. out of the park.
BTW why don't you three come to Gillette and sit in the stands.

yeah...I for one am willing to bury the hatchet....

Judge Richard Berman: What direct evidence do you have linking Mr. Brady to this?

nfl attorney Daniel Nash: We don't have any.

Ya the facts...

Commish is a putz.

End of story.

Yes. Also, appellate litigation requires a rather different set of skills than litigation in a trial court.

Still no clue why Kessler took the lead and the guy with actual appeal experience flew copilot.

Does it make me a bad person that I hope to hear (because I won't be watching) that Goddell was booed off stage at draft and as he's going off someone punches him? I would watch that over and over. the sad part is it would truly make me happy, hearing this pos put his lies out there and he's so smug about it, he deserves a good punch to the face
