New Low For ESPN

I am just speechless.

Is this real life? People actually want to see that? This makes me want to be 80 and clueless to technology because I want nothing to do with our youth if this is what they want.

And I would criticize ESPN for it but at least it's not defamegate.

Can someone plz describe it a little bit so we don't have to click on the crap?

I think we have different ideas about what consitutes a new "low" for ESPN. That was goofy but not offensive, misleading or downright libelous (as opposed to most of the "serious" content of late).

It's a female reporter doing a segment using Emoji's.

A quick look at BSPN programming, during the day especially, reveals they're really going after people who don't work and have no education. `His and Hers` is probably the worst sports show I have ever seen. These programs are basically designed to compete with Jerry Springer and Maury Povich.

Television is trashiest between like 11 AM and 3 PM

Ummmm....I'm not sure whether to take this seriously or not

They've lost 3 million subscribers are trying to target the new generation for growth?

Be right back guys... I have an idea for a highlight show that re-enacts the plays using kittens dressed in football costumes that I need to go pitch to ESPN.

Groundbreaking programming like this is exactly why ESPN is losing a few million subscribers per year.

I know this doesn't seem like the horror that was defamegate but in my opinion it is a serious commentary on the state of our nation.

How? It's generally impossible to disassociate yourself from ESPN via it's builtin presence on cable.

It's just showing the demasculinization of sports that has been going on for the last few years.

I think that could be a word.

I don't think it is a new low. I think it is one of the most stupid segments I have ever seen in my life.

Not necessarily, plenty of cable providers exclude ESPN from their lowest-tier package. And lots of other people are just cutting the cord entirely because the whole package payment system is a racket.

Bubble-headed casting-couch bimbos, FESPN & the NYFLN are full of them, and half of them it seems have unpronounceable names.
Are there no women in TV at all who actually, you know, know anything about sports?
