Pinhead Vincent Wants To Meet Jaz and McNally Before Potential Reinstatement

I have said it before. The NFL are terrified of these two. They are non public people who are not part of a collective bargaining agreement have very strong legal cases against the NFL who without any proof publicly accused them of being part of a conspiracy. I guarantee these guys can get great lawyers on a contingency basis for suits. The E Discovery in this case would involve all the bad apples in the NFL and if any owners used any texts or emails to discuss "deflategate" or these fellows with Roger, Kensil etc... this would all be exposed in the ediscovery and raises the specter that owners could personally be rolled in. Pulling idiot billionaire owners in because they shot off ill advised texts and emails to Roger would be a life time of Christmases all at once.

Of course Vincent wants to meet to get them to sign that they won't sue. McNally and Jastremski should sign, for around $10M each.

I'd be happy with Robyn by my side. Her takedown of Pash shows she's a fighter. Plus Troy Vincent is such an incompetent, he'd never be able to force a confession.

My fear is that he and NFL GC is going to go in there and ask that these guys to corroborate and agree with the findings of the Wells Report. If they do, they will reinstate them. If they don't, he'll let them dangle some more.

Slimy turd.

Does anyone think MacJast will have problems getting legal representation, either pro bono or funded by Patriots fans? #crowdfunding

NFL knows McNally & Jastremski are vulnerable: they aren't rich, they need to work & have no union to protect them.

Um have to disagree here. McNally and Jastremski will have no problem getting lawyers on a contingency basis for a suit against NFL.

McNally has a full time job. Jas I'm sure can get something. Hes not disabled.

Just another example of the NFL persecution of our team and organization. It's like the McCarthy Anti Communism committee hearings. No shame and totally despicable.

Amazing it's Sunday morning the Pats fans have nothing to do this weekend besides watch another game or enjoy their families and the NFL league puts out this request so that the New England fans can spend Sunday being upset. Yesterday I posted a thread about a rumor that the owners wanting to reduce the power of the commissioner as it pertains to punishment and make changes to the CBA. I don't think this action supports that cause or that idea. this is just throwing salt in the wound.

They would want that but it makes no sense as there is no way the Patriots take then back if they suddenly changed their testimony and claimed they actually did it.

Don't think I like those innocent lads mingling with a shady character like him.

Why would they accept the Wells report? To do so would be an admission of guilt which would prevent them form ever being employed by the Patriots. Their best option is to keep their current position that they did nothing wrong and if the league refuses to reinstate them, so be it...
Their legal representative could always use that as a carrot and stick..
"you know if you reinstate them without any precondition, it minimizes the chance they take legal action...and no we won't sign away our right to sue"

The NFL has a credibility issue. The Wells report has a credibility issue. There is no downside to trying to get them to change their testimony.

If they use the reinstating as a carrot, that would be beyond disgusting.

Part of me wonders if this is s scouting mission by Vincent to feel out their legal position. Upon reinstatement, they give up the right to sue. If they refuse to sign then it gets interesting.

Yep they are 100% not being reinstated by the nfl unless they accept the report. I also think vincent will be coached up to fish for something from them that could allow the nfl to punish Brady even if it is a tiny violation that is only finable.

Lots to think about here...almost as much intrigue as the days leading up to the Berman decision.

How do they get reinstated by the Patriots if they now say they did it?

It's twisted logic the NFL uses in these situations. Admit guilt you get off with only your hands cut off. Deny and claim innocence and fight you lose your life.

How can any NFL fan believe anything from 345 Park Avenue, or their business partner in Bristol?

On one hand the league is 'adamant' that they did not suspend these two or ask that they be suspended - yet on the other hand they are not allowing for them to be unconditionally be reinstated by the Patriots.

I would like to hear from Greenberg and the other puppets at bspn who were so insistent and resolute that since Goodell said it was so, it was completely the Patriots' decision and not the league's to suspend these two guys.

Iam more worried they are findng reason to reopen the investigation. If these guys agree then who knows what they will do with brady ?
I expect more leaks from vincent coming after this via stephen A smith

Behemoth bully NFL reconvenes kangaroo court in an attempt to crush and humiliate the hired help.

Just another day in Commissioner Scheisskopf's NFL.

Interesting request considering they didn't have anything do with suspending them..

They leverage they have though is to sue. No, they're not rich but many lawyers would take the case pro bono because the NFL has deep pockets. And when you think of what might come out as part of lawsuit, it could be quite damaging to the "shield."

Part of me wants it all to go away.

The other part of me wants them to raise hell. I think they have the ability to do so.
