Except one thing that must really hurt breer and all the other idiots, nfl still hasn't proven that Brady ordered McNally to do it or knew about it or if McNally even did anything and there are numerous reputable scientists that proved the drop was due to IGL.

LOL ... of COURSE the court ruling is about the process*. Duh. But if it went the other way it would have been seen as lock solid proof of Brady's guilt.

* Though the judge had plenty to say about the NFL's conclusions …
