No. Lack of Notice in the decision. Irreparable. Brady is in the clear barring reversal on appeal.

And it should have never been this way. We all should have been basking in the glory of a 4th Super Bowl title, after one of the greatest games in SB history for the last eight months. Not stressing out over a judges decision in the appeal of a trumped up scandel.

ESPN has changed its tune so quickly. They know where the public perception is now.
