Brady is the biggest Trash talker...... Eli is just Trash

good stuff :D

I agree. However as Steve Kerr and Bill Wennington go on to say in the article, the circumstances were not your garden variety practice squabble...

I was actually referring to an incident during Jordan's time with the Wiz, but wow. I had no idea he got into it with Kerr.

TB is ultra competitive in football, but I think he leaves it in football. He's not the adrenaline, competition junky Jordan was/probably still is.

Brady is competitive at everything he does. Read a story the other day how he once destroyed a bunch of younger players in a beer chugging contest. That said, I think Brady's trashtalk is a lot more good natured, especially outside of the sport.

He got in fights with players while he was with Wiz as well? LOL.

Some people are just ridiculously competitive and just can't turn it off. I think Jordan falls in that category but he takes it to an extreme. Gambling. Getting in fights on planes about card games, etc.Don't know about TB but comments from multiple players make me believe that he is highly competitive. My gut tells me he also needs the "rush" of competing but clearly does a better job of controlling himself.

Agreed. There is a fine line. Brady's trash talk is of the annoying/getting under your skin variety. Bird was of the same variety.

Good article about one of the greatest trash talkers ever: Bill Russell.

Great story, thanks.

I feel blessed to have seen Bill Russell (and everyone else) play a half century ago. For a dollar I could get a ticket and sit almost anywhere at the old Garden. 13,909

Best of Brady:

Thanks for the Bill Russell article, a great read. I swear that indirectly BB uses many of the the same psychological tricks against opponents.

I've never seen Bill play but I'm a big hoops fan and like to consider myself knowledgeable of the game's history.

I'm very jealous!! :D

I think Brady gave up the workout parking spot though. And I haven't heard about him winning the longest golf drive in a while. His competitiveness may be waning.

Brazilian supermodels/wifes who make $75m a year tend to make a man lose a little bit of his competitive edge.

Is it weird that while reading that and admiring the respect from Revis i got tingles in my pants?
Yes.

But I wish I'd come up with Deus' answer!
