PFT: Moss trying to get out of Oakland?

I still stand by my original position. BB ill never bring Moss on board. The guy is lazy and he just doesn't care enough about winning. Not only that, but he his off-field incidents speak for themselves. Hell, just the other day......

What?

Really?

No, seriously? The Patriots traded for him?

YES! :rocker:

That was funny... ;)

I have a problem with him..he has no concept of team..pure and simple...I agree give Bioli special brownies and mayeb just maybe they think of it all..
OK OK...I was not at all a Moss fan....given what he has done..Can one be wrong about it??? I think the fact that Beoli traded for him indicates THEY believe he will do good. Am I one to question what they did??? Absolutely not....and there is NO reason to. They understand know 1000 times more than any on here..so..I support what they did. My words about brownies...was in jest....'they think of it all"....Well...they think of it all...quite out of the box...and I admit it..it was NOT the move I would have reccomended...but I am not the one who sees, knows the players and what will work OR not work. from anyone ON the surface..to predict a move like that would be a bit strange. I like looking back though...how all changed in 10 months...

Since I'm not based in the US, I follow the Pats as good as I can through the web, mailing-lists and forums like this one. One of the better ways is the Patriots news update mail from the Boston Herald. Reading the articles over the past few months the impression I get is that Moss is the most talented receiver in the NFL at the moment, but he comes with a manual. I.e. he must be in a good or great situation to perform at his best, surrounded by team-mates who have winning and performing well as their top priorities, and know how go about accomplishing their goals. Landing with the consummate no-nonsense organization that is New England is no doubt the best thing that could happen for him. In that light, I can't wait for the season to start!! Just think about all those hapless DBs who will be left for dead as Moss (and of course Stallworth and Welker) will be grabbing deep TD pass after TD pass from Tom Brady.

Enough with the "out of the box" cracks or I'm telling shmessy you were mean to me! :enranged:
No offense at all box...really interesting to look at the past though..

I hope you didn't take me seriously! That always gets people in trouble.

There is no way Randy Moss makes the 53.

I thought it was the 300? Or was that another war I was thinking about?

That's including all the farm teams in the new spring leagues.

That wasn't a war. It was the battle of Thermopyles.

Pyles? Ouch! Isn't war bad enough without having to fight it with a case of piles?

Oh, and I never thought we would sign Randy Moss in a million years. I was wrong, for far from the first time ever.

Don't worry about offending him; he's my kind of twin brother (in a totally unrelated and never having met kind of way) so he can handle it.
