It actually makes perfect sense, especially this part:

I wish Bob Kraft hadn't capitulated. He just should have said, "We find this penalty unacceptable" and left it at that. Let's just say there is a .0001 percent chance some sort of wildcard action against the NFL by someone could've gained traction. Kraft's bending over ruined that dream of justice prevailing.
