I feel terrible for Jeremy Maclin. Terrible terrible terrible. I HATE seeing ACL tears. Football is brutal and I hate how easy it is to get hurt out there. Players need to be paid more for the sacrifice and risk they take.

That said, I kinda feel a little relief. Our team is struggling. We know that. This injury will make it easier for us to win...

I feel guilty.

No one cares about Patriot injuries (in fact tons celebrate them), i don't want any one injured but I'm not shedding any tears or feeling guilt. Win and move on.

Did you people watch this game? Hoyer sucked I believe texas had 5 turn overs. Not because KC was that good but rather because hoyer was that bad. Probably the laxt game he plays in nfl.if wedont easily beat kc we soudnt advance.

Did you watch either of the two games the Eagles played before they played the Pats? Yeah. Didn't think so. I have news for you. They sucked. Yet, they came out and spanked the Pats because the Pats players took them for granted. Much like you're taking KC for granted. KC has the 3rd best defense in the league in terms of Points allowed. That should tell you something.

KC has also won 11 straight. Including a game against Denver in which Manning was hurt..

I know the Patriots aren't going to take them for granted. You'd be a fool to.

The Patriots absolutely should win, not because of anyone KC is without. But because we are just the better team (as long as we have Edelman, Hightower, Vollmer, etc back as expected).

But the most LOL of the post there is suggesting Travis Kelce can be as effective as Gronk. Laughable. And frankly insulting to Gronk. You are saying Kelce can be as effective as the guy who is essentially the best TE to ever play the game? That is absurd. Oh and Jason Avant sucks too.

Lastly KC's 11 game winning streak is very meh. Wins during the streak include Chargers x2, Raiders x2, Ravens minus Flacco, Browns, Bills, Lions pre firing everyone and a mediocre as hell Houston team.

Only good wins were at Denver and vs. Pitt.

then again, our schedule was meh to being with.

Paid more? Agree with the risks involved and hate to see injuries but I'd say they're getting paid just fine. Players need to know that the NFL career is usually a short one and they need to be smart with their money. Like gronk.

8 receptions for 128 yards. That's what Kelce just put up. Kelce had 8 for 93 yards against the Pats last year. You don't think that is just as effective as Gronkowski?

Jason Avant is an experienced veteran. That's all I said. But you'd be stupid to overlook him.

You can downplay the wins by the Chiefs against Division rivals, but I don't. I know that division rivals give their best against you. We only have to look at the Jets and bills games to understand that.

You clearly have no wish to be realistic. Great. Go be a homer. Take them for granted. Act like it's going to be a walk in the part. All that shows is how unrealistic you are.

Me, I'm going to be realistic. I'm going to recognize that KC has 2 damn good corners in Smith and Peters. An damn good safety in Eric Berry. Some excellent LBs in Houston, Hali, and Johnson. And their D-line isn't too shabby. I'm going to give them credit for winning 11 straight with their back-up RBs. That despite Maclin nursing injuries in 4 of the 10 regular season wins and not being a huge factor, they still won.

Lol for real Kelce has been taken out of many games. If Maclin doesn't play who the hell is even gonna be WR 1&2 for them. BB will erase Kelce and Smith would have nobody to go too.
And like you said look at there schedule yes there defense is good but tge best offense they played last 8 games was Oakland.

anyone predicting based on stats in the past needs to just look at the baltimore game. People thoight baltimore was not the same team as in the past and had no chance to keep up. We barely won. Who knows what will happen.
