It could make him look unprofessional to the judge. We all understand the cause to get more than a little emotional about this, but the lawyer in charge of making all this go away should probably be a bit more reserved.
Just trust the guy. He's the mongoose to the NFL's cobra.I don't like the way Kessler is getting all worked up. It could make him look unprofessional to the judge. I think Kessler is handling things perfectly. He is conceding a few points as possible and being REASONABLE. Now compare that to d***head Nash who was a smarmy a**hole.
Remember, we're only getting words, not context.
This could easily mean "Well, maybe he should have asked questions like, 'What will happen if I say no?'"
Best Kessler quote: "Maybe if my grandmother had wheels she’d be a trolleycar!"
LOL
Someone who knows more about this than I do: did Brady/NFLPA come out of this looking way stronger than the NFL, or is it just me?
Its very obvious what kessler is doing here.. He is ducking the nfl. He is conceeding publically that brady could have cooperated more. This is a settlement point. Berman is gonna see they are willing to admit brady could have cooperated better while the nfl while the nfl is not willing to conceed anything. Berman will say to the nfl they will give you this and you will give them nothing. Remember this is the only thing brady will settle on
Seems liek questioning was much harder on NFL than NFLPA
Which they will with a few false leaks now.Alot more for the NFL to answer for in this debacle.
