So, Brady willing to take a fine by saying he "didn't fully cooperate". Which we all know is BS, but it's his way of making this go away.. Just like settlements for potentially frivolous lawsuits..

I don't like the way Kessler is getting all worked up. It could make him look unprofessional to the judge. We all understand the cause to get more than a little emotional about this, but the lawyer in charge of making all this go away should probably be a bit more reserved.

the judge will rule based on what the truth is. not on whether kessler was too emotional or worked up. you guys have to chill.

I think Kessler is handling things perfectly. He is conceding a few points as possible and being REASONABLE. Now compare that to d***head Nash who was a smarmy a**hole.

Sure seems that way huh? I haven't seen much against TB yet. Nothong concrete because quite frankly there is none. Kessler is operating pretty much how you would expect showing on behalf of his client humility, all the while doing his job at defending him to then fullest.

Remember, we're only getting words, not context.

This could easily mean "Well, maybe he should have asked questions like, 'What will happen if I say no?'"

Its very obvious what kessler is doing here.. He is ducking the nfl. He is conceeding publically that brady could have cooperated more. This is a settlement point. Berman is gonna see they are willing to admit brady could have cooperated better while the nfl is not willing to conceed anything. Berman will say to the nfl they will give you this and you will give them nothing. Remember this is the only thing brady will settle on

Still don't know which way this will go but I thought Kessler did all right. I'm glad he's on Brady's side and not the NFL's.

Pleasantly surprised that the court dove into the report a bit and explored the facts around the case. Didn't expect that.

I don't like this strategy, but that's like saying I sometimes don't like the Patriots playcalls.

Berman had to look into the Wells report because if there was no initial basis for suspension (like he pretty much said, he was struggling to find any evidence etc) then there's no way a suspension can be upheld.

Kessler is definitely shooting for a fine with no admission of guilt. The NFL should gladly deploy that parachute and jump out of the burning plane they're on. Too bad about those egos.
