Oh really? So my cars tires just magically deflate when I leave it inside my driveway instead of my garage?

I guess Brady comes to my neighborhood and lets a little air out....
Hot = more pressure, Cold = less pressure regardless of any leak. For our purposes the ball is considered sealed (no leaking) and any leaking is attributed to "deflation". We don't want there to be any leaking.

About the phone:
Kessler: "He gets phones all the time! Whenever he gets one, he gives (the old one) to his assistant and says get rid of the phone!"
----
Obviously if there was incriminating evidence of cheating on the phone, you always give it to your "assistant" to dispose of. Right?

You obviously don't have a car that measures tire pressure or else every cold winter day you'd be greeted with "low tire pressure"...

Looks like he's admitting that he didn't fully cooperate. Good for just a fine of course if this was anyone else...

bingo.. the entire answer was very calculated.. nicely done Kessler

Kessler says Wells didn't communicate directly with Brady, establish expectation of punishment is he didn't cooperate.

can someone please interpret this?

I assume it goes back to the argument that Judge Doty used to overturn the Peterson suspension. Requirement to give notice: can't punish a player without first notifying him what the penalty is for failing to act to your requirements.

There's a spelling error in there. It should say "punishment if he didn't..." Basically, Wells didn't tell Brady he could be punished for not "cooperating" (turning over his phone).

This reminds me of the imfamous butt fumble Thanksgiving. Things going bad quick for the NYFL.

Kessler admits Brady "should have conducted himself differently with Wells". o_O

I would venture to guess Jeffrey Kessler and Donald Yee won't be dining together anytime soon.

so there has been no talk about science and ideal gas law and lack of awareness of it?
