What really can he grill Brady on?

Why he destroyed his personal device that the NFL's "independent" investigator said he didn't want?

What else? Why he went into that bathroom? Oh wait, he didn't. Why he lied? Oh wait, he hasn't. Why he conspired? Oh wait, he never did.

It only took 8 months for a federal judge to sit there and say what every sane person has since that heck Indy reporter's tweet "Really? I mean seriously? You're really doing this?"

Not picking on you personally, but where did this "8 months" come from? It hasn't even been seven months yet.

Kessler: "It is conceivable Mr. McNally thought it would be something that would be good for his QB. That makes a certain logical sense."

I think there are a few little Brady implausibilities that were NOT fabricated by the league, just like there are at every BB or Brady press conference. I mean the usual "No; I've never thought about an answer to the question on your mind; I'm totally focused on the narrow matter of preparing for the next game" kind of stuff.

Berman to Kessler: It looks like they...deflated the game balls? Why would either one of them do that without Mr. Brady’s consent?"

Great, this is where Kessler gets to point out that there's no actual evidence that deflation occurred.
Well the judge believes the balls were deflated. or he wants to show PA that he is grilling both. Otherwise he would asked about science logic.

This whole act by the judge is a scare tactic to both . So the brady/PA interrogation will not be fun either.

Egh, agreed. Don't tiptoe around it, just point out that the Ideal Gas Law and the ref's own recollection support the argument that no deflation occurred.

Hoping the next line is: "However, it is far more probably than not that the Ideal Gas Law played a larger role"

Wait -- is Kessler admitting bathroom deflation??

Praying Judge Berman sets Brady free, NFL is not going to settle they have nothing to lose, they get their ass kicked in court ALL THE TIME and no one cares. Judge Jones called the commisioner a LIAR in a domestic abuse case that enraged millions of fans, 4 months later he's the lead clown in DeflateHate. NO ONE CARES and the NFL knows that when they are asked to settle.

In the grand scheme of things, whether it's been 7 or 8 months, does that really matter?

This shouldn't have even been 1 DAY.
