im so sick and f--king tired of this bullsh-t. if the nfl ceased operations tomorrow i could care less at this point.
Then why are you posting about it?

Should be interesting to see how Kessler gets questioned. I'm sure they will be asked about "The Deflator" (tm)

Yeah. on the bright side the one thing I'm overwhelmingly confident of here is that Brady's legal team is simply better than the NFL's. They'll be asked tough questions too, but I have quite a bit of faith that Kessler knows what's coming and has prepared solid arguments.

NFL's argument: We can do what we want because CBA.

These are the same people who claimed that they never saw or knew a video of Ray Rice knocking his fiance out in an elevator at a casino existed.

After it was delivered to the league office, and a member of said office confirmed by telephone that they'd received it, and an AP reporter published a recording of that confirmation.

So all this will be in an official transcript later or this guy is just leaking info ?
He's the Manhattan Federal Court Reporter for the NY Daily News. I think he has permission.

And I thought the "specifics" weren't going matter. I kept banging the drum that the so called evidence drove the process. Can't get around that.

Nash sounds like Felger and Mazz.
Have you seen Mazz and Nash in the same room before?

If you read it in context with the next tweet, he is not saying that's what happened. He is saying that's the NFL's argument.

Right. I assumed it was a rhetorical question.

Not that I am "generally aware" of.

Nash: But other evidence "clearly indicates Mr. Brady’s knowledge and encouragement of this activity." Such as texts after game

Uhhhh, no, not unless you twist the meaning of texts to fit the narrative

I really want the questions asked:

"How many games? Home only or also away? Over what period of time? How does that match the Jets game texts? How does that match the finding that McNally only took the balls to the bathroom for one game ever?"

Right. I assumed it was a rhetorical question.
Just don't want fellow PatsFans posters to jump off the ledge. Judges do this all the time. They will repeat the sides' arguments to get clarity.
