Yeah. on the bright side the one thing I'm overwhelmingly confident of here is that Brady's legal team is simply better than the NFL's. They'll be asked tough questions too, but I have quite a bit of faith that Kessler knows what's coming and has prepared solid arguments.

Wells had a weird concept of "direct evidence", that Nash seems to share. I presume the judge can agree to raise his eyebrow of skepticism and move on.

After it was delivered to the league office, and a member of said office confirmed by telephone that they'd received it, and an AP reporter published a recording of that confirmation.
