If the NFL were afraid of a court case, then they would have reduced the penalty for 4 games to $50K.
That would mean they'd have to concede defeat, once again, and state that they wasted $5 million dollars on a junk report by a con-artist.
With Brady seeking full exoneration, upholding their decision was the only move, besides dropping it a game or two, which was meaningless in the grand scheme of things.
These people are scumbags plain and simple. A noble commissioner would have squashed this minutes after hearing about it. This man, this office and this entire situation isn't noble.
It's a glorified media-driven witch hunt and it wasn't and isn't ending until a Federal Judge weighs in.
