Freeman reports that one source told him that one NFL team executive yelled to another, “the league finally got those motherf—–s.”

Freeman said it is not clear whether this information made its way to Ted Wells as he was conducting his four-month investigation.

Freeman stressed in his report that there is no proof that the Patriots are bigger offenders than any other team but that their reputation was the supreme motivation for the NFL’s investigation.

Clear bias against NE in the league office full of jets fans. NE was targetted the whole time. if this report doesn't suggest a clear sting operation then I don't know what a sting operation is.

We know it's a witch hunt. All the little people looking up at a way to get the big, bad Patriots.

To brighten your day a little, think how pissed off those little gnats were, and continue to be, when Malcolm picked off that pass.

What I find hilarious is that the COLTS, who have been fined for cheating by piping in crowd noise, became the "proxy" for other teams to chime in..

when was this? i remember NE complaining about it 2007 but i thought CBS said they were responsible,

More of this stuff please!! Boston media needs to come to the rescue of the Patriots because no one else will. Stories and accusations of the league's real intentions needs to be brought to the light of day and significant media outlets need to push this agenda. Honestly, this could be a MUCH juicier story that taking down Brady over deflated footballs. Imagine the attention this would get if Goodell was suddenly put on public opinion trial combined with the handling of the Ray Rice incident and the pompous, smug attitude he puts out there like he is above the law in some cases.

That was never proven and they were not fined.

Yeah, I believe they did it but I have even less proof than the NFL has on Brady

What is ironic here is that these other teams are blissfully unaware of the fact that their BELIEF that the Patriots are cheaters is the biggest advantage the Patriots get.

Atlanta, Cleveland, and now San Diego - all popped this year for cheating.

Denver's two Superbowls - busted for cap violations.

And what do they have on the Patriots?

If you expect "Boston media" to lift a finger to help the Patriots you may as well take a header off the Tobin right now.
I disagree and it doesn't necessarily mean they are "helping" the Patriots because Reiss, Curran and a few others have already broached the topic and the likes of Felger and Mazz will quickly sing another tune if it fits their agenda being the spineless turds they are. There is no way that it wouldn't attract more readers regionally, let alone nationally if they eventually persuade people to believe the truth.

Yo are not serious, are you? Have you read/heard most of the rhetoric from from this scum?

I'm not saying that they aren't scum, but isn't there a lot more to be gained if you can be the one to out the NFL for their nefarious ways and think of the jackals that would be salivating over a chance to take down Goodell and the NFL should the opportunity arise. I think this is the perfect time to start being very aggressive and investigative into this story. Just not trying to jump on the bandwagon and pile on Brady when the real crime is the way this is being rolled out. You and I know it's bullsh!t so newspapers should be all over trying to find the dirt on Wells, Goodell and this whole process. I know it's a longshot, but it has to be worth a shot. , especially for various NE news outlets with needed resources and connections.

At least they didn't have to bring them the trophy like Kurt Warner. That was funny and awkward. It was killing Warner to witness greatness.

I take you don't live in the area? Boston media doesn't work like that.

Only a handful in the Boston media have taken a non anti-Patriots view, which includes Tom Curran, Jeff Howe, Chris Price, Scott Zolak and Jerry Thorton

And of them are considered "Patriots honks"

Hell you got douchebag felger crying about how the Pats and BB were exonerated in the report. He wants them to get punished because 8 years ago they had a camera in the wrong spot.

It's time for Kraft and Belichick to go scorched earth on the rest of the league. Any dirt they have on other coaches, executives or league officials, leak it to TMZ. Anything that happens during a game that is not 100% within the rules, file a complaint with the league and then make transgression public.

Think back to Tomlin standing on the field to prevent a kick return TD or Carroll's decision to pass at the end of the SB. Belichick came to their defense, unprompted. Where are those guys, or any other coach, now?

Kraft has publicly supported Goodell consistently, even when it was unpopular to do so. How has that helped him or his team?

It will never happen, but what do they have to lose? You can talk about the big picture and "The good of the game," but no one else seems to care about that. If it ends up hurting the league, who cares? They were happy to start down this path, might as well help them get where they want to go.

Actually, quite a few of them have weighed in heavily in support. Not the Felger's of the world of course. He's too busy jerking off onto his picture of Goodell.
