WOW, no weapon, no witnesses....mostly circumstantial.....looks like he will appeal......IMHO he's guilty as h3ll but I really thought there was some reasonable doubt to murder 1. I have thought all along, he would never see the outside of a jail cell except to appear in court for the remainder of his life.
A reasonable doubt is an honest doubt of the defendant's guilt for which a reason exists based upon the nature and quality of the evidence. It is an actual doubt, not an imaginary doubt. It is a doubt that a reasonable person, acting in a matter of this importance, would be likely to entertain because of the evidence that was presented [by the defense] or because of the lack of convincing evidence [presented by the state].
Now we get to see how this affects the Patriots. Do they get any cap relief since they now don't owe him another cent?
As far as I understand, the 2012 murder charges are much more relevant since that came before his contract extension. Now we get to see how this affects the Patriots. Do they get any cap relief since they now don't owe him another cent?
