With the 31st pick, the New Orleans Saints select Jordan Phillips, DT, Oklahoma
Having a second first round pick allows you to take a bit of a risk and Phillips is that. But his upside will be very enticing to NFL teams. He can be one of the more dynamic NTs in the NFL and the Saints aren't in a position where he has to be rushed onto the starting defense.
