I'm doubting there's any chance of Bowe signing for the veteran minimum.

He won't get anything close to the franchise tag or 10m AAV he received in Kansas City, but someone will likely give him 3m dollars a year or so.

Anyway, i think he is overrated and will probably be overpaid somewhere. Didn't have a single TD reception last year ( i know that there was next to one throwing, but still...). I would pay something in the 4M per Year range, but, again, i think someone will offer a lot more

Bowe's got ability to be a very good WR in the right circumstance, Weiss and Cassel proved that.
