Hope it will be awhile, but once he retires what will Tom Brady do?

Obviously he will have options because of his name. ESPN? A business? Politics? Coaching?

Is suspect that he will continue to live in the Boston Area, and have a direct connection to Mr. Kraft and the Patriots...

Mr Kraft knows that Brady helped his brand increase its value exponentially... didn't the Patriots value increase by 44% last year?? Mr. Kraft knows the Brady is part of the brand that helped increase its value...

Do not see coaching, as that would take up too much of his time...

Vintner. :)

Actually, it's a bit hard to guess. On the one hand, he and his wife have a strong presence in consumer products, especially fashion. On the other hand, his biggest business asset is probably that he can get a meeting with anybody he wants to, and Roger Staubach showed how valuable that can be in business-to-business scenarios (as did of all people Fran Tarkenton, who made some money for a couple of enterprise software companies).

Model or Coach. I doubt he'd do anything that requires a lot of public speaking. That seems to make him nervous.

Is that a joke? His pressers are usually pretty relaxed.

Have you not seen him on SNL? He looks like he's going to throw up.

Also, notice his ads are almost always silent. I think there is a reason for that.

Launch a chain of vegan fast food restaurants.

Actually, unless he plays for another 20 years, he'll have young kids when he retires and he and his wife have more money than anyone needs, so it's not guaranteed that he'll do very much at all.

As we'll see once he isn't just the Patriots quarterback (lots of hostility for that, of course) he has an amazing public personality -- charming, handsome, successful -- and he has been very, very cautious about exposing himself too much. My guess is that he might well get engaged with something diet, health and fitness-related.

But look. Having watched TFB play a game for the ages last Sunday and with him facing the toughest matchup they could possibly have at home in two days time, how can anyone think about his retirement?

Retire and move to Montana to live in obscurity. Oh, wait, I thought you said Bledsoe.:)

Acting and public speaking are two very different things.
I simply don't think he enjoys it. I'm sorry you don't agree, but it doesn't change my opinion. From what I've seen of his ads and television performances, speaking just isn't his strength.

I'm not sure Bledsoe will ever retire from making wine.

He'll probably just hang around and bang supermodels. I know I would.

The Senate chair recognizes the distinguished gentleman from Massachusetts.

The only guy who will never retire from making "whine" is Peyton Manning. Just ask his scoreboard operator. :)

All of the examples you cite are acting, which is not public speaking. Have you watched any his pressers? There are literally hundreds of them... His public speaking is quite good. It is his acting that sucks.
