I wish Rob walked off the plain with crutches or hopped on his right leg (as a joke) all the way to the bus. Would have been some fun stuff.
Yeah, that would have been hilarious. I guess with the serious nature of what has to take place on next Sunday and the stakes of it all, nobody thought of playing around with the media in such a way. That would have been hilarious though. Everyone on this board, myself included, would have probably had some kind of mental breakdown.

Im telling you, that bernard pollard is one big SOB. usually i dont hate any player, i may dislike some but never hate, but this guy - damn i wanna kick him in the head. and i know it wasnt intentional but its like in his nature to cause injurys

It's almost as if that guy targets who is hot at the moment and makes it his job to take that person down by any means necessary. Tom Brady, Wes Welker, and Gronk were all performing at the very top of their respective games when Pollard did them in. We're just fortunate this time that it wasn't a season-ending injury for Gronk like it was for Brady and Welker.

She looks like she wants to hurt me.

You need a hobby, something that helps you relax.

He is one week out from a high ankle sprain..He is going to have a limp.
For crissakes, he's bionic. By Wednesday morning he'll be able to fly. There's a week to go, all sorts of medicinal therapy, rest and on Sunday, if necessary, a couple of injections of "the good aspirin." Good as new and bad news for the Hackensack Orphans.

Brady did say "hopefully!!!!"

For agreeing with you and not pointing out that you misspelled a word in the post that I replied to? I don't follow . . . :bricks:

Just heard Mike Florio on NBC saying that Gronks won't practice at all this week either but will play in the Super Bowl. Not good news if true. Without practice and not 100% for our #1 receiver.

I am waiting to see the Zapruder film version before I pass on my expert analysis.....

I thought Welker was our #1 receiver?

I bet he got that directly from Bill... God, some of you are so gullible. And he's had over a hundred practices so far this season, so I think he'll remember what to do.

Gronk looked ok to me coming off the plane. he's a got a few more days to heal. :rocker:

Spikes wearing a pink suit lol.

Two things....he had the walking boot on which does significantly stabilize the ankle....and he is a tough sob from all reports and 2) He did have a very slight limp when walking along there although overall he was going along at a good pace. I expect the scumbag gints to try and target that ankle early on and get him out of the game. Once again if they can take welk and gronk out of the equation...makes their job on defense alot easier......I am obviously praying (literally) that gronk can play at a decent level in this game and stay healthy throughout!

Sorry, I thought you were sarcastically disagreeing with me because you figured fans would get too worked up. That's what it looked like.

I loved BB's answer to the Gronk injury question. He said he was "day to day" with a little smile and a twinkle in his eye. I have a feeling Gronk is doing just fine and the Pats are going to play this for all it's worth.

There's was an article in the NY Post or NY Daily News from a couple of days ago, and it basically stated that Gronk had a dislocated ankle in the 8th grade. They popped it back in without surgery, but the doctors said it would heal in 5 weeks plus 5 weeks rehab. When Gronk went back to the doctor 2 weeks later the doctor was in absolute shock that the injury had already healed. They wouldn't allow him to play for another 3 weeks after that, but still, he was good to go in only half the time. The kid is alright.

Maybe Gronk is a........Mutant Super Hero!!!!!!!!! GO PATS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Waiting for the medical experts to hyper analyze how he is holding his bag on the other side to keep the minimal weight on his left ankle.

Ooh! It's been a while since we had some good "body language" talk!
