Per Mike Reiss tweet.

Rookie RB Shane Vereen returns to the practice field today for the Patriots.

Barrett, Solder and Smith are also present. Mystery player is an Olinemen wearing #66

Haynesworth is present too.

Vereen back at TC.

He's out there. Is that the move?

Great News for everyone except Sammy Morris

Re: Vereen back at TC.

No...because he's already on the roster...

great news. Ridley was supposed to be the big bruising guy, that doesn't seem to be the case, he's shiftier than anyone thought. I wonder how Vereen will be quickness wise in comparison.

As long as he wasn't wearing 666.

Don't you read Gregg Easterbrook? That's the number the Pats put on the honorary jersey they gave BB!

Our injury situation is pretty darn good when you look at most teams. Hope everybody stays healthy for the year.

66 should be Kade Weston? No?

That's what Mike's tweet said.

Hold on...... there's another tweet coming in.

HOLY SH^%....... We signed JON BON JOVI.................

Oh wait, I may have mixed a few tweets up ;)

He looked very, very quick in the pac-10.

He's much, much faster than he gets credit for here. I know he "only" ran a 4.49 or 4.50 in the 40 yard dash but he ran a 10.66 100m dash electronically timed in 2009, and that' smoving.

Sign the beast!!!!

oh wait, let's just see him practice and see what he can do against the Dolphins.

Awesome. I was worried about the kid. Let's see if Ridley stealing his thunder lit a fire under him.

I don't believe in the EasterBunny.

I thought Vereen caught the ball fairly well and was not afraid to block. He should excel in our offense, the only problem is he duplicates a lot of what Woodhead brings to the table.

Ridley as a bruiser is what people assumed- doesn't mean that that's what the Pats saw in him. The Pats probably saw him for exactly what he's been so far, if I had to guess. Which makes me all the more excited to see what they saw in Vereen.
